Game 1 - First Inning (But also introductions)

First of all, Tony knew it the whole f-ing time. He knew he was gonna win it all and then retire on top. That's the takeaway from the intros...Also, Allen Craig and Jon Jay (The Federalist) had no idea they were big leaguers yet. But, damn, they were big leaguers in this series...SO...

Top o' the first +

Kinsler smartly rockets a ground ball at the series Goat David Freese who McCarver calls "not a good third baseman"...but guess what...the idiot tries to steal second on Yadi Molina...ONE OUT

Then Elvis Andrus, who apparently was at the plate, grounds out easily to Albert Pujols...who can't make a routine throw and makes Chris Mer Fin Carpenter dive and tag the base and "to his credit" - McCarver again - Andrus doesn't step on Carp's hand. Good thing because he is the real MVP of the series...

(note the beginning of a theme - Albert is OVERRATED)

Hamilton grounds out easily...

BOTTOM of the FIRST

Furcal the "I'm gonna get a ring" demon...draws a walk from CJ wilson who takes cryogenic therapy according to Joe Buck. Douche (I mean CJ not Joe Buck. I hate the Angels).

Then Jon Jay GIDP.

Then Pujols comes up and does his best impression of an Angels hitter and lines out to third. Just to be sure, Beltre throws to first to record the out.

END OF FIRST INNING
